The platform deploys proprietary capital across its portfolio. There is no external fundraising cycle, no LP reporting obligation, and no artificial deployment timeline. This structure allows each company to be capitalized on its own terms — at the pace and in the form that the business requires.
Where co-investment is introduced, it is by invitation and limited to a small number of aligned parties who bring strategic value beyond capital. These relationships are structured individually, with clear governance and defined terms.
